5. Pricing

MAFFLE reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing.

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.

If payment has been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be processed according to our applicable refund policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For eligible orders:

  • A partial advance payment of ₹200 is required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • The balance amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable under the circumstances described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote delivery locations

MAFFLE is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and store credits are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
